What is a postbiotic?

Postbiotics are probiotics that have been heat-killed & have been proven to have a longer, more stable shelf life. Additionally, Postbiotics may be a better option for consumers who are sensitive to live bacteria and have a weakened immune system as there is no risk of infection from non-living bacteria.

When should I take them?

Our pastilles can be consumed at any time of the day but we recommend after you have brushed your teeth to ensure your mouth receives the full benefit.

Are they suitable for children?

We recommend our pastilles be consumed from 12 years & up.

How many should I take daily?

All you need is 2 pastilles per day whether you choose to take together or at different times of the day.

How long does one jar last?

Each jar contains 60 pastilles which we class as a months supply.

Can I take these if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
